Préhos RxScan ("RxScan", "the Application") is developed and operated by RxScan Technologies Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information processed through the use of the Application.

The entity responsible for the Application and for information processed under this policy is RxScan Technologies Inc., located in Quebec, Canada.

Participation in this program is entirely optional.

Information is not used for advertising purposes.

Participation in the Improvement Program is entirely optional and may be declined without affecting normal use of the Application.

Accepted consent records may be stored locally for traceability purposes.

Information submitted through the Improvement Program may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for:

• issue investigation;

• legitimate development purposes.

Information may be deleted when it is no longer required.

Information may be stored using cloud services utilized by RxScan Technologies Inc. to operate the Application.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already performed prior to withdrawal.

Users may request deletion of voluntarily submitted information by contacting RxScan Technologies Inc.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
